Ants will be naturally attracted to this sweet mixture. The borax, which is poisonous for ants, will kill the ants as soon as they have consumed the mixture. Pouring boiling water is another simple, yet effective, way to destroy ants.

Another effective and natural deterrent is to place corn flour at the source of the ants points of entry. Avoid insecticide chalks. These substances are highly toxic and can adverse impact on the health of your family. They are especially dangerous if you have children or pets in your home.

There are many other natural remedies available to eliminate ants from your home. When choosing an ant remedy always ensure that it will not be harmful to the humans or pets in the home.
